I can provide you with a copy of my terms of engagement. Before commencing work on an instruction, I will provide a confirmation of engagement, setting out the scope of the role, agreed pricing and this confirmation will append my terms of engagement.

Pricing

Having explored your requirements, I am happy to provide you with indicative pricing. I can provide hourly or daily rates or fixed/capped fees, depending on the nature of the engagement and your preferences.

Direct instructions

I am authorised by the Law Society to accept direct instructions (subject to the work falling within the prescribed categories).

Where does the name FourteenForty come from?

As many people ask, four has always been my lucky number and our family homes have been at number 14 and number 40.

1440 also happens to be the number of minutes in a day so this name serves as a good regular reminder to make the most of them.
